Rambutan Fruit

Today we ate rambutan fruit. Lizbeth said it was good. It was hairy, then I tasted it and it was good and healthy, Bryan says. Vanessa says, "We had to pull the outside off, then we ate the inside." Riley says, "There was a pit inside." Miguel says, "I ate it, it was slimy and yummy!" The kindergartner said "Ewwwwwww, we want Oreos!" But Mrs. Ceretto didn't give them Oreos, they got rambutan instead. Some kinders liked the rambutan, but most would rather have Oreos. Alex says, "they taste like grapes!" And they're kinda sticky on your mouth!
